Twin Creeks Steakhouse Reviews
What went well is winning ln the casino then finding this gem for happy hour. Cucumber crush vodka cocktail, duck confit fries and lamb lollipops followed by a mango Teremana cocktail. Excellent service, upscale and intimate. I could live here...
Had Thanksgiving dinner here with my family. I ordered a martini and our server disappeared for 25 minutes. The French onion soup was really good. They have bread service that was yummy. My daughter and I ordered the tomahawk to share medium. I know it takes a while to cook the tomahawk but our server Lewis never came back to check on us. Tomahawk was well well done and tough. My mom being the gangster she is spoke to the manager about our server and the server stood there the whole time super weird. Not sure if the soup is enough for me to go back. The manager was very nice and removed the tomahawk from our bill and apologized for our server.
Found this place on IG as one of the best places to have a steak dinner in LV. Award winning. Firstly. This steakhouse Is located at the Silverton casino. And I know what you're thinking. I mean even the locals are like... "Yea thats a no for me dawg!" But hear me out. While this may not be one of the best steak places it is definitely worth a try. The service was impeccable from the hostess to the wait staff. As a party of 4 we ordered the Thursday tomahawk special, an 8 oz filet, and the prime rib. We had a potato leek soup, the house salad, crispy mushrooms with a garlic aioli, lobster bisque, scalloped potatoes, garlic mash, creamed corn, creamed spinach, a cheesecake and a comped chocolate dessert for a birthday. I'm starting with the most notable. The prime rib... THE PRIME RIB!!!! THE BEST PRIME RIB I'VE EVER HAD, garlic mash, and scalloped potatoes were also very notable and a must have. Tomahawk was just good. But nothing to write home about. Skip the filet (tasted like kidney or liver) salad was amazing. White chocolate truffle bread was amazing! I wished they would've just left the entire bread basket... Though, I am a glutton for bread! Lol! Cheesecake was meh. Chocolate cake was better. Lobster bisque presentation was great, but it just tasted all of butter. The ambience was great, and all the servers were in great spirits which made for a very warm, and friendly environment and meal. About $360 for 4 with tip and a ton of food to box up and bring home!
How amazing this dinner was!! We were skeptical at first only because we're used to visiting stuffy steakhouses on the strip (and off) but as locals, the Silverton has really grew on us- especially because we tend to frequent Durango and Red Rock often and need a change of scenery. Twin Creeks was amazing!!! The wine prices-- so great. Not stuffy or over priced at all. If you like shrimp cocktail- get it asap! They had u6 shrimp last night and they were huge. You do not get shrimp cocktails with shrimp this big in vegas or anywhere for that matter- it was an absolute dream! Hopefully they keep those on order!! The bread service- phenomenal. House made, melt in your mouth focaccia and dinner rolls. The lobster bisque- incredible. Creamy yet not too heavy. Crab cake app- so fresh, and light. Lots of apple and fennel flavors lighten it up and the crabcake itself is so good. Prime rib- we ordered the King cut and split it- the cut is humongous. We had half a pound of king crab legs- yummy. Perfect. Reasonably priced. They even send you off with house made chocolates. This is NOT a stuffy, put truffle on everything on charge insane prices, make you go broke steakhouse. We were stunned by the check amount after ordering all this food and a bottle of wine for 2 people. You will not find prices like this anywhere else. Trust me, go there, you'll be impressed. Huge shoutout and thank you to our server, Lee or Lien (nice gentleman) who was so attentive and friendly, this is our new steakhouse stomping ground, putting the strip steakhouses to sleep on our list.
The Tomahawk Thursday special came with a 40oz Tomahawk steak, choice of soup or salad, a side, and a dessert for only $130. You can also use Silverton points/rewards and dining credits to pay for the special. House bread selection was great and I enjoyed the onion bread. The steak was cooked perfectly medium and plated beautifully with colorful bell peppers and other herbs. Portion sizes for the soup, side and dessert were generous and enough to share. The cheesecake was so delicious and capped a memorable meal. They even offered chocolates at the end of our meal! Service was a bit slow as it took over 30 minutes for our tomahawk steak to be served after the soup came out. Ambiance is business casual - dark and formal.
